I work in TOPdesk's internal legal department, formulating Sales Contracts and After-Sales Addendums for Service Provision and license to use the TOPdesk Software. I also respond to internal contractual demands for finance, marketing, events, personal department and solutions. I actively participate in legal and commercial negotiations, whether creating new clauses or adapting client models to our way of providing services, including our General Terms and Conditions, our compliance rules and the LGPD. I work together with legal professionals from other branches and the head office, discussing cases, updating, translating documents and adapting them to the reality of Brazilian legislation. I worked on creating the internal flow to be followed in the event of cancellation, with a clear definition of who is responsible for the process from start to finish, all parties involved and their respective responsibilities. I am currently on the committee for updating the global General Terms and Conditions, with subsequent work on translating and adapting them to the Brazilian reality.

As a founding member of the Volunteer Guild together with two other colleagues, we brought the concept already applied in the Dutch headquarters here, creating a group of people interested in carrying out volunteer activities with the support of the company. Through blood, toy and clothing donation campaigns (among others still under development), we encourage employees to dedicate themselves to others and also earn time off from the company. We make up to 40 hours a year available for people to carry out volunteer work during business hours without it impacting them financially.

Meetings take place monthly, with the definition of tasks that require extensive research and collaboration from other areas, such as HR, DP and finance, for example.It is also the responsibility of each representative to translate and adapt documents with guidelines to be followed according to the ESG metrics. Such documents also require extensive research and alignment not only with the company's values, but also with the reality faced by each branch.
