Project - • Discuss requirement with clients and internal team, change requirement to documents• Design the mapping of requirements and data warehouse project, guide team with the technical design and decide best approach• Manage team's implementation of new changes/requirements, make sure all the changes are implemented under timeline with high quality• Design operations plan based on the understanding of business needs and system architecture • Propose operations optimization plan by analyzing the current plan • Manage the progress of development, design release and deployment plan Team Management Experience• Manage an operations team of 7 people • Work as operations team leader to manage varying amounts of people within different projects, assign tasks to resources, avoid risk and make sure the on time project delivery • Take main responsibility of the operations team recruiting
