Since I started working, I have always occupied a management position. In 25 years’ experience gained while working within FMCG companies such as Beiersdorf, LVMH or Cadbury/Kraft Foods-Mondelez International, I have acquired thorough practical knowledge across the SQCDSM, R&D and the whole Supply Chain.Being a natural leader and always willing to raise the bar, I am also a pragmatic and agile person specializing in team management. And, based on teams’ maturity, I know exactly how to organize them and lead them towards continuous improvement (Lean-6 Sigma) in order to deliver first-class results.I am currently a Plant Director and I am now seeking for new challenges where I could build and/or deliver a strategic vision.
