While directing the media aspect of Liberty Baptist Church, I have the opportunity of teaching the wonderful world of mathematics to 8th-12th grade students at Liberty Baptist Academy. It is a real joy to be part of young people lives and to teach them the timeless mathematical truths from a Christian worldview and to spend time serving along with them at Liberty Baptist Church.

I had the wonderful privilege of managing and preparing meals in the executive kitchen for the administrative staff of a large Christian college. I learned to effectively work with my team under stringent kitchen time constrains, how to manage food costs, work with vendors, train and manage staff, all while creatively executing amazing culinary delights. Was part of a great team that revolutionized the DIning Services department at Pensacola Christian College. We upgraded all of our computer systems to a state of the art menu planning, management and ordering system that helped streamline cost, provide better service, and reduced inventory in our buildings. This was an exciting venture and we saw it do a lot of good for our department. It was much needed and it paid off quite nicely.
