About Yrma Atema

Als lichaamsgericht therapeut i.o. (2024/2025: 4de jaars) ben ik sinds 2023 gestart met mijn praktijk YALT, waarin ik oefensessies aanbied onder supervisie van Bodymind Opleidingen.Lichaamsgerichte therapie neemt het lichaam als vertrekpunt voor persoonlijke groei. We gaan in de oefensessies samen aan de slag met jouw doelstelling. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld gaan over: Steviger in het leven willen staan meer in het hier en nu of verlangen naar meer balans tussen hoofd en lijf. Ook kan het gaan over meer contact met je gevoelswereld krijgen, en/of verlangen naar meer verbinding met anderen. Of je wilt een helderder zicht op je keuzes krijgen etc. Dagen waarop is sessies geef: dinsdagmiddag/avond en eens/2wk woensdagochtend/middag/avond. Andere avonden zijn in overleg ook mogelijk. Daarnaast ben ik als jeugdarts werkzaam in de preventieve jeugdgezondheidszorg (JGZ).Tot 2010 deed ik dat bij GGD Hollands Midden, sindsdien bij JGZ Den Haag.Met enthousiasme combineer ik daarin individugerichte zorg, het werken met jongeren en hun ouders en school, met daarnaast ook een, meer op collectief gerichte, bijdrage leveren op het gebied van beleid. Expertisegebieden: 1) Preventieve gezondheidszorg voor adolescenten2) Schoolverzuim door ziekmelding, aanhoudende lichamelijke klachten 3) Chronische traumatisering in de (vroege) kindertijd4) Kwaliteiten en uitdagingen bij neurodivergente breinen. O.a. Autismespectrumstoornissen, ADHD

    My workI promote the physical, mental and social health of the youth from 4 to 19 years in The Hague. To achieve this, I perform health check ups on children and adolescents. I detect health- and developmental problems and give information and advice on this. I have a task in the prevention of school non-attendence, in which I search for solutions for juveniles and their parents. In this role I keep close contact with schools in the districts of Loosduinen (schools for elemanty education), Segbroek and Scheveningen (schools for secondary education. I am also partly responsible for the execution of the national vaccination program (RVP). And, in collaboration with other partners within the CJG, I coordinate the care around children and families.
