The Program Director role has empowered me to lead graduate program initiatives within the Psychology Department, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion. With an MS in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services, I combine my educational background with a commitment to skill development and management support. Previously, as a Departmental Academic Advisor, I used my Sociology expertise to guide students in Criminology, Law, and Justice and Anthropology. My approach is to foster an inclusive environment that nurtures the academic and personal growth of every student/person, laying a foundation for a community built on positivity, mutual respect, and collaboration.
