As a product manager at LG Uplus, I apply state-of-the-art language AI to existing and new large-scale mobile services, such as voice assistants, chatbots, and speech recognition. I collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.Before joining LG Uplus, I was a research engineer at MediaZen, where I worked on server/embedded automatic speech recognition (ASR) and data-efficient end-to-end text-to-speech (TTS) systems. I have a strong background in speech processing, phonetics, and data science, with a PhD from Korea University and a master's degree from the same institution. I am passionate about creating impactful and accessible products that leverage the power of language AI to improve communication and interaction.
