I worked in the Electron Microscopy, Powder Metallurgy, Heat Treatment and Casting, Sample Preparation and View Preparation Laboratories.I studied on the Non-Ferrous Metal Alloys especially Aluminum Alloys. I was in all processing from production to examination and control in these studies. We published an article on the “Metal Dünyası” which name was “EFFECT OF NICKEL ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF PURE ALUMINUM”.I studied on the Aluminum Alloys used in the Automotive Industry. Espacially Al-Ni,Al-Mg-Si,Al-Mg-Cu,Al-Mg-Si-Cu.Also I studied on Ti-6Al-4V alloys. I had a project as “Effect of Microstructural Characteristics on the Mechanical Properties of Ti-6Al-4V Alloy”.

I performed the Production Trainee at the Martur Automotive Seating and Interiors in the Sheet Forming and Frame departments. I was informed of transformation of the steels from raw material to product.Also I worked in the Polymer Group at R&D. I researched many polymeric and composites material to improve the new Technologies for the Automotive Seat and Interios. Especially; Visco-Foam, SMC, Polymer Matrix Composites and Metal Matrix Composites. I improved my level of knowledge about different materials.

I had been located in all processing of casting and machining for 3 weeks. To provide the Production Control and Casting parameters, I analyzed the casting samples with the Spectral Analysis Machine during the casting processing, I had used the Tensile Test, Charpy-V Impact Test and Optical Microscope machines in the Quality Control Laboratory and I prepared the reports with them.
