I support the onboarding of Specialist Team Units and Customer Success Units across Data & AI. I partner closely with our Community Managers to empower new hires to be successful in their careers.2023 impact: 🔵 Key individual accomplishments - Launched 3 learning paths targeting 203 roles/supporting 529 new hires, launched 11 VILTs targeting STU account planning capabilities/CSA ADS and VBD business priorities resulting in improved scores (NSAT +9/RIS +12 from Q2–Q3), expanded program in January to curated SMC & DS Role Basics + Role Specifics for Digital Solution Area Specialist roles. Expanded program again in April to include 11 new roles. Now serving 247 roles in H2 up from 203 in H1. Improved 4 Advanced ADS VILTs by removing Whiteboarding example and asking new hires to create their own resulting in increased engagement. Improved VILT Q2 RIS 148 to 160/NSAT 153 to 162 based on learner feedback to source more tech-savvy SMEs and sending case studies in advance.🔵 Contributing to the others’ success - Worked with new hires and managers to complete 28 RCDs in February. Collaborated with teams to get 5 of 29 insights converted into engineering updates. Contributed to CSA/STU Manager Community Calls resulting in greater visibility into MCAPS Academy communications, Onboarding App, and community. Combined messaging with personalized Flow resulting in single to double-digit April/May VILT registrations (increased avg. from 5 to 24).🔵 Results building on the work, ideas, and effort of others - Co-created a Prosci Lunch n' Learn as a teamwide learning opportunity resulting in valuable takeaways. Contributing to Wellness V-Team by supporting weekly messaging to MCAPS Academy and instructional design work.
