My responsibility as the Head of Science includes leading the Science department in implementing school vision. As the Head of IT, I am leading the planning and implementation of technology infused learning in the Raffles group of schools. Some programs include iPad 1-1 teaching and learning strategies, and creating IT learning programs for teachers.As the director of Apple Regional Training Centre, my responsibility includes planning a series of Apple training workshops for teachers around the region.I also designed and coded the schools' result management system. I am currently leading a team of more than 10 staff in maintaining the system.

I taught JC physics at Yishun Junior College. Being a geophysicist before and have interest in geology, I briefly taught physical geography to students even though it was not my teaching subject.I also lead YJC guitar club for a temporary period. I played classical guitar. I was the teacher in charge of cueball club.
