Reconciliation System Implementation Project / L&S (exclusive contract) Data Analyst / Database DesignerThe goal of this project was to reconcile billing data between mobile carriers and landline carriers efficiently. The requirements of this project were to increase the automated reconciliation rates as well as to decrease the ratio of missing data.• Key Achievements:- Designed the ETL processes for data cleaning and data normalization- Increased the daily reconciliation rates to 94%, which was above the project’s target goal of 80%- Decreased the number of cases enormously involving missing data and partial data loads

CRM Data Migration Project for SK Telecom / L&S (exclusive contract) Data Analyst / Data IntegrationThis was the part of the downsizing project to migrate IBM Mainframe-based CRM system to the Unix-based CRM system, which has been called as NGM (Next Generation Marketing). • Key Achievements:- Analyzed the IBM Mainframe-based CRM system and DB2 databases - Designed the Oracle databases and MS SQL databases- Implemented the ETL processes using IBM DataStage for Oracle and MS SSIS for SQL Server

Billing System Downsizing Project for SK Telink / L&S (exclusive contract)Database Designer / Business Process ManagerThis project was to downsize the telecom billing system for SK Telink, which is the international call carrier and internet phone call service provider in South Korea, from Mainframe system to Unix system. This project required the knowledge and experiences in both IBM Mainframe and Unix system as well as to understand the detail nature of databases between DB2 and Oracle.• Key Achievements:- Led the project team to migrate IBM Mainframe based billing system to Unix based system - Analyzed the As-Is billing system and DB2 databases - Restructured the business processes- Designed the Oracle databases and data migration processes

Real-Time Billing Project for SK Telecom / IBM (exclusive contract) 2003 –2004Database DesignerThis project was the part of the MNP (Mobile Number Portability) project for SK Telecom (the largest mobile carrier in South Korea) to make 2G mobile customers upgraded to 3G mobile system. When 2G customers wanted to upgrade to 3G system, they needed to change their mobile phone number licensed for 3G mobile system; in order to support this, the company needed to generate the customers’ final billing invoice from the 2G billing system immediately. • Key Achievements:- Designed the Oracle databases and Developed the ETL processes for the real-time billing system

CIS(TFIS) Project for IBM Asia-Pacific / AD FLOW Ltc. Database DeveloperThis project was to develop the IBM’s internal procurement system for the countries in Asia-Pacific region. The initial project name had been CIS (Customer Information System); later, it was changed to TFIS (Tactical Information System). Since the features and functions were added to this system whenever it had been expanded to each country in Asia-Pacific region up to 17 countries, lots of sub-systems were developed in the main procurement system. • Key Achievements:- Implemented Procurement Delivery System- Implemented Billing Determination System- Implemented Revenue Recognition System
