Current• Served as interim production manager: - Created workflow instruction manuals and graphics (maps and graphs) style guides for production and editorial staff - Reviewed other production artists work for accuracy, ensuring all weekly publications met brand standards for print, website and email distribution - Kept existing templates up-to-date ensuring layout design and stylesheets are consistent across all publications - Trained new and existing staff on new content management system and workflow - Maintained accurate time sheets• Support all aspects of production from page layouts to reproduction of graphics to troubleshooting the online content management system (CMS): - Prepare digital files for release to company website via CMS, as well as to clients via email alerts - Convert artwork into various formats (PDF, JPEG, SVG) for print and website - Classify all images and documents uploaded to CMS with metadata for easier searching - Follow production schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time - Double-check all work, making sure it meets print/web guidelines and company standards • Ideate and implement improvements to layouts and workflow processes for better productivity: - Developed workflow processes for data-driven trade publications• Source vendors, domestically and internationally, obtaining quotes for sales and marketing collateral and determining quality of materials• Assist in designing sales and marketing collateral• Collaborate with staff at UK headquarters and satellite offices in Houston, D.C., NYC, Moscow, Dubai, Beirut, and Singapore• Participate in team project discussions to ideate sales and marketing materials
