The Global Finance ACE Program is a two-year accelerated development program for select Finance employees that aims to cultivate the future leaders of the function and UPS. The program supports the development of leaders by elevating skillsets and increasing breadth of perspective through a series of six-month functional job rotations. Rotations are paired with complementary development, coaching, and training opportunities throughout the duration of the program. Supported front line operations during the peak season to gain hands-on experience in small package distribution.

- Built canned queries in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to access invoice spend and purchase order data- Created repeatable exploratory spend analyses to identify the third party spend savings opportunities- Executed ad-hoc analyses for rapid insights utilizing Power Pivot and VBA- Constructed and maintained visual reports and dashboards in Power BI for analysts/managers and C-level personnel- Lead role in identifying and evaluating potential expansion areas to increase diverse supplier spend - Performed tokenization, market basket and associated rules analyses in Python and R
