    ▲ Developed series resistance measurement of PV cells at relatively lower prices than current mechanisms by MATLAB and the Electroluminescence Device.▲ Reduced the light-induced degeneration of PVs by controlling the rapid thermal process (RTP) to compare the results from the degraded PV cells in the laboratory and in the real world.▲ Enhanced PVs performances by screen-printing 4BB-3SS and 4BB silver contact on front sides of N-type and P-type wafers, and the full aluminum surface back field (Al-SBF) on rear sides.▲ Improved Al-BSF PVs efficiency, by PC1D, resulting 21.18% efficiency with 2 W-cm bulk resistivity, 90 W/square sheet resistance, 180mm thickness, and 0.5mm emitter junction depth.▲ Simulated the PVs application in the real life, by SAM, designing a standalone PVs system for a 900 sq. foot home in NC to meet the requirement of the annual load requirement and daily charge-replacement.
