Account Receivable / Revenue Function –● Responsible for TW/HK/TH/ID/IN/AU billing, including issue invoices and provide supporting documents.● Perform sales revenue reconciliation and analytics.● Maintain and reconcile the agency rebate at the end of service period.● Perform yearly sales revenue reconciliation report for Taiwan tax return.● Assist preparing AR and revenue related PBC to auditors.Accounting – ● Responsible for KR/TH/HK/CN subsidiary book-keeping, including AP, AR, FA and GL.● Co-work with oversea accounting firm, including VAT filing, annual tax return and other residence or tax issue.● Overall analytical for all subsidiary all significant B/S and P&L account and investigate any significant changes.● Review oversea employees’ reimbursement monthly.Budget management -● Co-work with other department for annual budget planning.● Analyze actual to budget every month.Others – ● Familiar with Oracle.● TW VAT filing.● Co-work with engineers to import E-invoice system.● Co-work with different department to set up the billing process for new product.● Finance of Employee welfare committee.

Financial Audit –● Perform financial audits for group company to ensure the consolidated financial statements comply with internal policy and external regulations (IFRS).● Overall analytical reviews for all significant B/S and P&L account and investigate any significant changes or unexpected changes.● Understand customers' internal control and evaluated the execution.● Provide overseas financial audits to global company(China).Tax Audit – ● Prepare tax returns and work with teams to complete supporting documents.Others – ● Assist customers in completing consolidated reports.● Perform agreed-upon procedures for cable television clients to complete the NCC annual review.● Provide newcomers training to adapt the working tools quickly and understand the work contents completely.
