Report to : Dupty General Manager (French)Subordinates : 11 Engineers -- Manage process team to fulfill new process setup, improvement & development to improve product quality and process yield.-- Responsible for the management of technical project within product line .i.e. New Product development, new machine validation, new material qualification … etc -- Manage product team to maintain ERP system . Set up order BOM / Process flow , annual production data analysis to support company development plan defined -- Responsible for new product instroduction in sub-con & new sub-con qualification -- Ensure efficient interface with Global Support teams, Product lines team and Regional teams

Report to : Asia Pacific - Subcontractor ManagerNo Subordinates -- Set up strategic planning for project, ensuring project decisions are made per the commodity plan and are in the best interest of the company-- Search, locate, audit, qualify and develop suitable vender throughout China for responsible sourcing project.-- Implementation and final resolution of purchase order to meet schedule, quality and cost objectives.-- Responsible to ensure efficient transfer to Default plant once first Order managed-- Coordinate product development process leading by company engineering team and quality assurance by QA team, ultimately responsible for good business relationship with secured company interest.

Take charge of molding process engineering and equipment maintenance for TO220 package . Lead one process & maintenance team which focus on process yield improvement , unit cost saving , support production to achieve target output . Give the TPM training to related technician , improve their technical & knowledge level , enganced their responsibility for quality control .
