Software Development ManagerResponsible for BIOS/Software/Driver management for assigned projects. Participates in the preparation, review, and analysis of Software requirements and specifications. Provide ODMs and vendor's assessment for new product development, and manage ODMs and vendors for software development, issue management for root causing, resolution and closure through the entire cycles.System Engineering Program Manager• Cooperate with global partners for software issue analysis of Desktop projects• Preparing and communicating project status • Escalating project risks and issues • Coordinating and checking engineering deliverables • Coordinating and prioritizing project resources • Managing and directing activities required to resolve project issues and defects Chromebook  project-  Software  Application  team:-Technical:•  AVL(eMMC&  RAM)  qualification  troubleshooting•  Ubuntu  system  setup  for  debugging•  OS  issue  clarify  and  tracking•  Research  linux  based  knowledge  for  chromebook  development  environment.-Project  Cooperation:•  Cooperate  with  global  partners  for  AVL  status  and  technical  support(Global  partners:  Google,Dell,  Intel,  AMI,  SK  Hynix,  Samsung,  Sandisk;  locations  spread  at  USA,  Israel,  India,  Korea,  Singapore,  China)•  Support  factory  production  line  in  China•  Bring  up  China  employee  of  project  working  model•  Sustaining  consultant  Windows  NB  Project-  Software  Application  team:•  Production  line  on-site  support  and  issue  analysis•  BIOS,  driver  validation  and  tracking•  ADK  test  and  analysis•  Co-work  with  function  teamsGeneral  experience:•  Cooperate  with  function  teams  for  innovation  and  development  plan.•  The  lecturer  of  Chromebook  project  introduction  of  internal  training.•  Share  Chromebook  experience  to  all  related  teams
