1. Work closely with JD China units, related team to develop aligned sourcing strategy in casting, DT and MP for China Operations.2. 1. Driving, Adapting and Deploying a Strategy for the sourcing activities that maximizes the best use of resources, through consolidation of a Process led organization in line with the global targets and objectives in China region2..Lead negotiation and contract management with suppliersLead localization, cost reduction projects in China region3..Deploys & drives operating procedures to ensure that sourcing within the plant is buying against the most effective supply contracts, supply framework agreement, standard terms and conditions and LM led agreements. 4.Managing the professional and constructive relationship with both Internal and External clients/suppliers.5.Escalates any disputes regarding selection of suppliers to the Regional Sourcing Director for arbitration.
