As the Vice Chair of the STLE UK Student Chapter, I have been actively taking significant roles in promoting collaboration among early career researchers, PhD students, academic institutions, and industrial partners. This entailed leading event planning and execution and handling communications with external groups for the purpose of developing relations, as well as promoting ourselves online via website building and in-person at conferences to increase visibility and attract participants. In this organization, I have developed the necessary competencies in leadership, strategic communication and collaboration, and event management while simultaneously managing administrative responsibilities.
