Operation Finance Senior Financial Analyst 2024 Sep – CurrentIn charge Sector: Manufacture Support and EHS (Accounts for 32% of Micron Taiwan FE Cash spending)1. Partner with Operation team for cost budgeting and review actual vs. budget variance 2. Perform forecasting, financial analysis to evaluate Utility spending and future cost plan 3. Drive Utility Cost reduction, find out saving opportunities or review mitigation plan4. Monitor expense and track budget to achieve corporate target 5. Collaborate with central team, accounting team and operation team for any cross-sector discussion, like accounting treatment or new official regulation, to understand the cost impact to Micron.

In charge Business: Cardiovascular (Medtronic’s largest business, contributed 36% of total Revenue)1. Partner and provide financial support to the sales leadership team to develop the annual operating plan (AOP).2. Perform forecasting, financial modeling, and annual planning in support of key financial process and business planning.3. Drive margin by reviewing LBM, evaluate sales promotion program/bulk deal, pricing, market trend, commissions and expense.4. Support preparation the business reviews of P&L results with variance analysis as well as the forecasting.5. Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Supply Chain on special projects such as Integrated business plan, Strat Plan, and market modeling.6. Deliver financial knowledge to sales team, disclosure any potential risk.7. Provide sales reports and adhoc analysis to management team.
