I collect and record research data on source document from patient, physician or Cerner Electronic Medical Records system, and enter research data and address queries on EDC system. I submit the billing grid using CPT code to our finance department every month. I collect and process blood and urine sample, performed ESR lab test and 10 parameters urine routine test on patient myself. I have submitted 3 IRB submissions to initiate the clinical research studies.From 2010 to 2016 I was a Research associate/Staff Scientist in Children’s Center for Genetic Medicine and have six years' research experience for mouse preclinical trials. As the key member in preclinical drug testing facility, I obtained, maintained and analyzed all imaging data including echocardiography, plethysmography and CT data on adult mouse using Excel and Prism software. I led 3 pharmaceutical pre-clinical trials and 2 research projects, participated 10 other projects. I submitted and maintained the animal research protocols, conducted phenotyping test and research data statistical analysis, generated progress report and final study report for all lead projects. I also managed the whole facility mouse colony for 2 years. At mean time, I also performed echocardiography in pediatric patients and conducted clinical research involving echo data analysis, human blood sample process and fluorescence assisted cell sorting (FACS).I current also hold pediatric and fetal echocardiography RDCS/RDMS certificates, BLS certificate and National phlebotomy technician certificates. For this project we used RStudio to process large scale longitudinal ultrasound data analysis and to produce the graphics for the papers. I also used MRI and 3D reconstruction histology techniques (referred to Episcopic Fluorescence Image Capture-EFIC) to analyze normal and abnormal fetal mice with developmental anomalies. Show less
