• Antenna-circuit co-design on a 200 GHz polarization-resolved detector using Sb-based backward diodes; implemented impedance matching network with DC block and LPF in HFSS simulation; designed lens-coupled ring slot antenna and computed the corresponding radiation pattern using Matlab.• Fabricated the integrated Sb-based backward diodes, as well as the proposed detector circuit.• Characterized the antenna and passive circuits through on-wafer S-parameter measurements using VNA and GSG probe station; designed and fabricated the on-wafer TRL calibration structures; measured detector responsivity and radiation pattern in quasi-optical configuration at around 200 GHz.• Designed and optimized optically controlled RF switch using HFSS; solved nonlinear continuity equation in Matlab using Newton Methods; analyzed lumped element circuit model for switch FOM evaluation in ADS.• Developed an automatic test program using Labview to facilitate THz imaging measurement in 2D scan.

• Led a team of 6 TAs in undergraduate Electronics lab, arranged the lab section shifts, and developed homework/report grading plan.• Supervised undergraduate Electronics labs with extensive experience in oscilloscope and waveform generator.
