• Continuously assess inspection results and react in a timely manner to communicate potential problems to production supervisor and QA manager.• Conduct analytical testing on finished products before, during and after production (Brix, total solids, pH, sodium and etc.)• Successfully completed the studies of BPCS certification.• Ensure package integrity by performing physical teardowns on Tetra Pak and Tetra Recart units (broth, stock, soup, and gravy)• Perform inspections/internal audits according to written SOPs to ensure products meet customer and company specifications.• Implement hold procedures and conduct investigations on out of Spec products, and prepare NCR’s as required.• Work with operations and maintenance team to identify and correct any deficiencies.• Perform routine ATP swabbing to confirm effectiveness of sanitation program.• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times• Tested microbiological growth and pH of Broth and soup samples
