Act as the Senior RF manager leading a 12-member RF team in the 6 years. My main responsibility includes people management, design coaching/review, chipsets/circuits pre-research and competence promotion, recruit etc.Concurrently act as project manager to lead 4 broadband platform projects. Responsible for plan and schedule control, cost and budget, design and debug, verification and validation as well as sourcing and mass production launch etc. The last product is a highly integrated (100M~6GHz) broadband transceiver including 1*Tx/1*Rx/4*LO based on an 18*7cm2 board, and the prototype has been used in multi-mode communication testing instruments.Starpoint is a small-sized enterprise whereas it is in the monopolic position of TD-SCDMA test; and it is the biggest Chinese company in wireless communications testing instruments market.
