Have been working in MS CLO PMO which is under MS MCS department for around three years. Daily works include partner selection, service content confirmation, SOW review, BIF/PO management, project plan review, weekly project status tracking, TQA audit, project acceptance, finance accrual and payment support. For the second year in CLO PMO, I was promoted to PM lead and in charge of new staff training and QA template management besides daily project jobs. At the same time, I supported to complete project management process optimization which include service menu update, project process WBS and VISIO preparation, program running status report to stakeholders. For the current year, I have been transferred to technical sub-team as TSP and taken more effort on technical delivery audit according to the program policy. Not only focus on SOW review and project acceptance, but also on technical deliverable review and onsite technical audit. Until now, I have completed to close more than 200 BPA projects and accumulated much technical experience. Three years’ MS experience makes me improve both hard skills and soft skills which include technical skill, PM knowledge, communication skill, priority management, teamwork skill, time management skill and so on. Troubleshoot the issues and configured machines as required. Accomplished all the related helpdesk support, include logging, analyzing and solving the tickets.
