The graduation project of master was accomplished in the "Biomedical Diagnostics Research Laboratory" of TU/e. It is a collaboration project with Imperial College, in order to investigate the motor unit recruitment pattern during vibration exercise by analyzing Elctromyography.My tasks include collecting data, algorithms design and implementation, data processing, and statistical analysis:-- Propose a realizable solution, perform measurements on human to acquire Electromyography data-- Design and implement algorithms to process the data in both time and frequency domain. Involve Feature extraction, Principle component analysis, Maximum likelihood estimation, filtering , etc-- Perform statistical analysis to analyze the resultsImplementation environment: Matlab, SPSS, LabviewMy ability of doing scientific research improved a lot through this project. I have gained a lot of biomedical knowledge in the field of neuroscience, many experience of algorithms development, and also experience in data science.

The bachelor graduation project was “3D Object Localization Applied to Inbound Logistics”. The objective was to automate the inbound logistics process using computer vision. My tasks were:-- Select an industrial 3D camera with appropriate technique according to the specification-- Design and implement an Application Programming Interface (API) which is compatible with the robotic operating system of the company. This API is able to control the camera with varietyfunctions and output the 3D location of the detected objects (point cloud).-- Use object oriented programming to implement in Visual Studio (C#).Through this project, I have gained a lot of knowledge in the filed of computer vision. Besides, my programming skills also improved a lot.
