• Supporting the development team in understanding the customer requirements which reflects on the project design• Executing assigned tasks regarding the project implementation plan• Assisting in Organizing the project location with the assist of the IT department• Assisting in deploying and installing the applications according to the plan• Performing the project testing to ensure that the system is working according to the standard• Monitoring any problems related to the implementation• Occasionally support Presales in proposals• Supporting the customer during the implementation Phase• Make a Training session for Key Users and End User.• Designs and implements business cycles and workflows• Supporting Client While Pro to Type Cycle and Go live (Production) cycle• Management Point of Sales And Make a Training session for Key Users.• Participates in presales activities as presenting demos• Setup Application requirements according to client's requests.• Ensure projects accomplishment on time, on quality, as contracted, meeting customer satisfaction• Assisting in any additional tasks requested by Direct or Unit Manager.• Results reporting to team leaders, section heads• Conduct the knowledge transfer to the customer preceding the implementation phase

o Account Receivable Training (Invoice Customer ,match With sales order ,Receipt it and Affect on statement of accounto Accounts payable training(invoice supplier and match With Purchase order, payment it , Affect on statement of accounto Prepare standard training manual (AR/AP).o Customize Financial Report(Income statement ,Balance Sheet, Trial Balance)o Standard General Ledger trainingo Helping Responsible users to prepare chart of accounts and business units and to be compatible to the system requirementso Reviewing production environment before go live (Product- Chart of accounts – Business units – Next Numbers- Financial Report-Bank Account).o Customize Print Format of Invoice Customer ,Supplier, Payment ,Receipt ,sales order, purchase ordero Management and customization Point of sales Open Bravoo Help Key Users while uploading the opening balances.o Upload Data (COA,Product,Customer,Supplier,Gl journal)o Complete integrated Proto Type cycle with key users for the modules that planning to implemento Create User And Role Of Per user to show all Window Which will used ito Solve and Manage users issues with the Support team
