Welcome, and thank you for stopping by. I graduated from Seattle University studying Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. I transitioned from a bioengineering and research background to the computer science field mainly for a passion for coding, but also driven by the appeal to immediately contribute to challenges in the tech industry.I first joined the Microsoft Azure Data team as a Program Manager where I grew for 5 years and eventually led a team of 7 product managers to drive SQL Experiences vision for our multi-billion dollar organization. I recently joined Snowflake as a Senior Product Manager driving Native Apps experiences. I am passionate about user experiences and driving psychological safety in my team and across all my partners.Outside of work, I make sure to play soccer, run as often as possible, or blitz through some 1 minute chess games. I have further interests in writing, public speaking, and team building.Feel free to contact me by InMail or at alanjyu7@gmail.com, and I would love to speak with you!
