As a project leader at VIA Embedded, I led a team ( 3 people ) to develop Central Management System(CMS) of Digital Signage System(DSS), which had been successfully delivered to multiple enterprise customers. At the same time, I introduced Scrum and XP engineering practice such as TDD to our organization, and successfully conducted 30 sprints.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2012.7 ~ 2014.6, Project: Digital Signage CMS(B/S).Description: Digital Signage is an multimedia content management, publication and playing system. The full architecture is based on Client/Server/Client architecture and the main subsystems are containing user-end client, server and player-end client, The first two subsystems called Central Management System(CMS). User can manage many players in different places though CMS.Responsibility: I led develop team, trained our members and was in charge of the architecture design of CMS v2(B/S). And I am responsible for core modules' coding, maintaining and extending.Techs and Tools: C#, Managed C++, C++, ASP.Net, WebForm, WCF, VS2008, NUnit, Boost.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2012.1 ~ 2012.6, Project: Digital Signage CMS (C/S) optimizing.Responsibility: I led develop team to develop and improve CMS, trained our members, and was in charge of the architecture design and optimize. As a software engineer at VIA Embedded Platform Division, based on VIA's mini-x86 platforms, built software applications for customers with total solutions.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2010.6 ~ 2011.12, Project: Digital Signage CMS (C/S).Responsibility: As a lead programmer, designed the architecture and implemented subsystem of Digital Signage System called CMS v1, which was based on C/S architecture and had been successfully delivered to multiple enterprise customers. Used C++ to implement the core business logic modules at server side, which contains a concurrent, socket-based network framework and a mini flat file based database. Used C# and WinForm tech to implement GUI.Techs and Tools: C#, C++, WinForm, NUnit, GTest, VS2008, ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2009.6 ~ 2010.5, Project Digital Signage Player.Responsibility: I participated in architectural design, detailed design, and was responsible for multiple modules with C++ implementations in Linux Player side, containing socket communication, file transfer, multiple thread-safe logger, and XML parsing, etc.Techs and Tools: C++, VI, Gcc, Make, BaShell, GTest, Linux.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2008.5 ~ 2009.5, Project: Windows CE/Mobile based GPS navigation. Responsibility: I was responsible for the UI and graphics subsystem. I provided a mini anti-aliasing 2D graphics library and the algorithm were based on AGG(c++ open source graphics lib). I provided an efficient 2.5D graphics module based on table-driven algorithm, using c++ and of Windows GDI APIs.Techs and Tools: C++, VS2005, Windows/Windows Mobile/Windows CE.
