• Responsible for managing, coordinating and administering the project during the Feasibility and Execution delivery stages of the Project lifecycle: from setup, execution, monitoring and controlling to final closing out.
• Overall responsible to deliver the project within the scope, cost and schedule baseline and ensuring the project is delivered within the requests of the customer
• Collaborate with colleagues in sales department in order to deliver the new product sample to customer, following and react to the feedback from customer, make product quality improvement if necessary
• Transfer new diamond tools range from laboratory to bulk production including related new design/machine/processes...etc
• Lead new technology development in R&D team

• Responsible for quality control of all diamond tools including tools quality norm/performing tests and analyzing data and tool performance
• Responsible for raw materials(metal powder, diamond, steel core, sticker, package) incoming QC
• Based on OSA & EN standard, Collaborate with R&D colleagues in order to research and develop new range diamond tools
• In charge of the analysis of segment and CSB from production and outside, like metallography & diamond concentration & compacity...etc for segment, tension & side clearance...etc for blade

• Implement and develop of lean manufacturing in those departments (5S)
