Drive strategic alliances and business development at APAC for Avaya, a global provider of intelligent communications products and solutions:- Identify and manage ecosystem alliance business partnership and programs- Partner negotiations to form relationships including goals, structure and success metrics- Develop joint venture and merger acquisition structure with select partners- Drive strategic initiatives such as cloud and regional headquarter establishments

- Strategic partners(Intel, Microsoft, AMD) management in Think, Idea and S&P business, both commercial and consumer- Drive partner BMS cadence and MOU/funding process optimization- Lead on alliance partner projects with Region/WW teams and other cross-functions, drive incremental MOU funding with Intel Xeon in 2011- Develop new business with potential alliance partners in digital home and mobility
