Working as a Design leader during project development for exhaust system.▪RFQ Phase : analyse customer requirements, define best Faurecia proposal,realise benchmark, coordinate prediction work and CAD work, create DVP with experts and testing teams, create the initial BOM, validate Product performance targets, involve critical tier 2.▪During development :oLead cross functional reviewoLead VA/VE workshopoValidate feasibility of product and process concepts, update DVPoManage technical aspects of a programoLead DFMEA studyoEstablish and validate prototype control plan▪During Product Qualification:oLeading DV and PVoVerify reliability of Off Tools parts oLiaise with industrial engineer so that product and process characteristics are under control when production is launched.▪Interface with the customer's engineering team and obtain customer agreement on design.
