I worked on a quick modeling application system developed mainly by C++ for Public Security Bureau of Hangzhou, China. The policemen used our system to build 3D indoor scenes of the accident to support their decision making. Considering this practical use and the operation level of our users, I redesigned a more friendly interface and realized a new function which can rebuild 3D architecture models automatically by simply inputting a floor plan raster image.
