Current-Design and lead development of novel in vitro assay to assess immune cell functions, including T cells, NK cells, monocytes, etc.-Planning and execute preclinical animal study design for various immune diseases, including viral and bacterial ARDS, bacterial peritonitis etc.-Utilize single-cell technologies to profile immune responses in immune disorders, including sepsis and acute respiratory distress syndrome.-Practical techniques: multicolor flow cytometry, spectral flow cytometry, mass cytometry, cell sorting, viral and nonviral genetic engineering, ELLA/ELISA, Luminiex, IncuCyte live cell imaging, qPCR, ddPCR, JESS/Western blotting, stem cell differentiation, primary cell culture and isolation (human and mouse), aseptic technique etc.-Expert in data analysis by GraphPad Prism, JMP, R, FlowJo/FCSexpress, Cytobank, OMIQ.
