Yuchen works at CICC as an Investment Consultant. Though Yuchen was originally from Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, she spent majority of her time receiving education in the United States. She received her bachelor degree from Pace University located in Manhattan, New York City, and her M.S. in Public Administration from the University of Southern California (USC) located in Los Angeles. Prior to going to the United States, Yuchen attended Lu Xun High School located in Shaoxing City.In the year of 2012, Yuchen established "Shaoxing Student Study Abroad Program" that focused on regional students exchange and communication, and assisted over 300 Shaoxing students in networking academic forums in the United States. Yuchen was an active student while receiving education in the United States. She held executive positions in several organizations at USC. One of the most significant organizations is the USC Chinese Students and Scholars Association (USC CSSA.) This organization mainly serves all Chinese students in USC from every single aspect (student life, activities, job seeking etc...). Currently, Yuchen is an active member of Shaoxing Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai （上海市绍兴商会）. She embraces the idea that an organization is a family and is very enthusiastic in providing help to her peers.
