Data Analyst - Customer Success Operations
CurrentRuns and owns the Customer Success renewals pipeline and forecast. Supports the Customer Success organization with workbooks, reports, and dashboards for visibility into the business and tracking to goals. Additionally, provides data support and urgent ad-hoc requests for the company leadership. -Re-modeled the existing forecast process into a new scalable version with more visibility into the variables of the forecast as well as more options to layer in those variables for the full forecasting picture-Supports and provides the financials of bookings, retention, book of business, target setting, and capacity.-Presentation of insights, advice, and status of forecasts to CS leadership
