My main responsibility is managing and leading all engagement with my assigned customers to increase revenue and profit. I do this in conjunction with my partner area experts by determining and providing solutions tailored to specific customer needs. This position requires a continuing development of knowledge of Staples key product categories. In working with my area experts we develop and execute specific sales plans by analyzing sales trends, internal reports and external data to achieve sales and margin targets within my account base. I am responsible to cultivate and safeguard the overall customer relationship, based on Staples value proposition, at the customer's highest buying and management levels. I also manage and program implementations for new customers as assigned. I oversee and manage the contract renewal process, program updates and expansion for all assigned customers.
