Moments is a video diary app, currently supported by angel investors, and targets Gen-Z users in the social space. Since day 1 of the company, I have done the following:• Recruit 20 Gen-Z employees in 2 weeks• Gain 40,000+ followers on TikTok for 100 days• Launch a marketing campaign with 100 brand ambassadors• Manage 30+ employees working globally in USA, Malaysia, Japan, and France

CrowdWorks is Japan’s #1 gig economy platform -- IPO-ed a $200M market cap in 2014.I joined as the 7th employee to a company that now employs over 350+ individuals. I worked very closely with the co-founders of CrowdWorks and covered a wide range of business development and growth-focused activities from initial customer acquisition, marketing/PR, different partnerships to product management and strategy.Key accomplishments include:• Recruited over 300 freelance workers acting remotely to enable quick client base expansion• Founded new division with CEO and VC buy-in, boosting revenue stream to enable IPO•Aided in product expansion - Conceptualized a new product, and therefore expanded client base from tech media to AI• Pivoted company focus from outsourcing on-demand jobs to long-term projects, enhancing client lifetime value
