I am a graduate of the University of Alberta's School of Business with a focus in Human Resource Management and Strategic Management Operations. In the pursuit of advancing my career in the field of HR, I have visionary goals set on multiple endeavours. I am ambitious and ready to learn and am constantly looking for ways to improve and capitalize on the knowledge of HRM Systems and entrepreneurial leadership.As a Human Resouce Professional, I have enhanced my natural ability and skills in the HR and management industry. I have sought out multiple opportunities to develop my internal skills in an organization. For nearly 11 years now, I have worked at Wing's, a local business that focuses on food delivery. This entailed business to client interactions and the management of the finances of the establishment. Every day near the end of my shift, I was in charge of handling the deposits and sales of the business. In addition, I was also responsible for planning multiple marketing strategies for the business. I was able to utilize my customer service and accounting skills to assist the organization in their goal to increase performance and customer satisfaction.Through my work experience and studies, I have been able to build upon my passion for accounting, business management, finance, marketing, decision making, multi-tasking, interpersonal communication, and breaking down difficult information into digestible and understandable bits.I believe that my experiences in HR and customer relations, paired with my on-going determination makes me a strong candidate for a variety of positions. I am a diligent worker, and passionate about my work. I continue to seek the opportunity to grow and further the development of my HR skill set with dynamic opportunities.
