I have been involved in various projects related to BMC Remedy ITSM implementation since I joined MII in mid-2008. My primary role has been to integrate BMC Remedy with various external systems, such as HP OVO, SMS Gateway, Oracle IDM, and several in-house applications. These integrations have been developed using a range of techniques and protocols, including Java, .NET, web services, email, FTP, and SSH.I have also participated in several BMC Atrium CMDB implementations, where my main responsibility has been to implement the CMDB blueprint efficiently and ensure data validity and integrity.Additionally, I have implemented BMC Control-M (job scheduler) for several clients, helping them automate their batch processes.My project experience spans multiple industries, including banking, finance, telecommunications, and oil & gas.Currently, I am leading the R&D team, which is dedicated to exploring the technical details of various BMC products. We also create demo appliances and scenarios to showcase the key features and value of these products to customers.My extensive experience with BMC products has given me a comprehensive understanding of the business. Throughout my career at MII, I have helped develop several internal guidelines for implementing BMC products to minimize errors and failures. I have also created several reusable components to address missing features in BMC products, which I have freely shared on the BMC Communities forum.
