Hi, I’m Yu. I work with conscious leaders to accelerate their impact in the world. I see leaders as the number 1 asset within their business. I work with leaders to optimise their professional and personal life and actualise their greatest potential; consequentially the growth and impact of their business will be exponentially accelerated! Being a conscious leader is not about a job title. My clients have strong desires to make a difference in the world, and the willingness to take action to make their vision into reality. They might be at a different stage of actualising their vision: whether they are facing challenges while in the process of reaching their next breakthrough, or they are acting upon their newly-discovered true calling. One thing they have in common is that they will not compromise their desire for freedom, fulfilment and purpose.I create a safe learning space for my clients to see what’s inside them that is holding them back in actualising their greatest potential. Insights, inspirations and joy often emerge from that space, where they find real, tangible, long-lasting results. I experiment and adopt different approaches for individual needs; my clients have praised my ability to create magic moments for them, to tell hard truths fearlessly with compassion and to bring a great sense of humour into the process. I deeply care about the conscious leader tribe. I believe this community is instrumental for the next stage of human consciousness evolution. I created a platform “IA(Impactor Accelerator) Wisdom 108” for the tribe to share their individual and collective wisdom, and their views about how to accelerate influence in the world. It’s a voice which speaks from the heart of the humanity.I have deep interests in philosophy, opera, and martial arts.
