As a Social Media Manager I'm responsible for planning, developing and implementing the company's overall social media strategy together with the social media team. Focusing on keeping the team up to date with social media trends across the different platforms and together with the content creation team to develop creative and engaging social media strategies. I'm responsible for the team's performance such as following the defined KPIs, making sure all team members are content with their workload and responsibilities. - Overseeing strategies on all social media channels, including content, paid ad, collaborations, and events.- Research and evaluate latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of expanding the channel and measuring performance - Manage budgets for social media department and ensure the well distribution and utilisation of it- Closely communicate and ensure efficient collaborations internally with other departments- Ensure the expected performance of 4 employees.

- Responsible for NA-KD’s TikTok channel. Create short term and long term strategies for NA-KD’s organic social media content on TikTok with the purpose to grow the communities, increase engagement and boost brand awareness. Increased followers from 140k to 375k, and increased likes from 1.8m to 4.9m.- Create original and innovative content alongside with the content creators and influencers.- Paid ads investiment on Tiktok. Bugeting and implementation of all paid activities on Tiktok. Ensuring each ad campaign is delivered to suitable customer segments.- Intern supervising: in charge of interviewing, onboarding, briefing and leading our department intern.- Proactively monitoring industry news and cultural trends for relevant engagement opportunities.- Closely working with social media analyst to monitor performance of content and asist to deliver regular reporting and analysis.- Identify product and audience insights from community engagements
