Developing an advanced humanoid social robot with a dedicated team.

• Led the development of core robotics algorithms within the robot operating system - WOS, employing Golang. Focused on analytical kinematics, interpolation, and control algorithms to elevate platform efficiency and functionality.• Utilized Docker to package robot drivers, computer vision and machine learning algorithms, enabling WOS to directly leverage these resources, thereby enhancing the platform's scalability and interoperability.• Spearheaded the development of a full-stack web interface for a 6DOF Robotic Arm, employing React, Yarn, Ant Design, and Three.js to enable intuitive user-robot interactions and real-time control from both web and mobile platforms.• Developed advanced motion planning algorithms and created a digital twin for the Robotic Arm, integrating WebSocket APIs and a Python SDK to ensure smooth operation and enhance user engagement, all documented in a detailed manual.More: github.com/WinGs-Robotics/STR400-Studio

• Developed a machine learning-based full-stack application with the team, used by hundreds of Singapore Power Group staff to improve decision-making for the maintenance of the city-wide power supply system.• Set up a robust and uniform development/testing environment for the software and algorithm developers using Docker, SQL, and FastAPI with the team, resulting in efficient team cooperation.• Implemented dynamic front-end solutions using ReactJS, enhanced scalability and flexibility of application.• Improved efficiency and accuracy in asset maintenance scheduling through effective data visualization using D3.js, leading to a more streamlined scheduling process.

Coordinator Role:• Effectively coordinated the Construction Robotics Research Program, working cross-functionally with 6 sub-project directors, 10 team leaders, 2 government sponsors, and 18 industrial partners.• Responsibilities included hosting public events, tracking program expenditure/KPIs, and communicating with program participants, stakeholders, and partners to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.Researcher Role:• Conceptualized and developed a teleoperation system for construction robots, utilizing WebRTC, 5G, and AWS EC2 technologies to enhance on-site productivity while addressing safety concerns.• Developed a user-friendly interface using Election.js, incorporating both manual teleoperation and auto modes to reduce the learning curve and eliminate the need for specialized education to operate a robot.• Mentored 4 undergraduate students for their final-year projects, providing academic guidance, technical support, and encouragement to help the students achieve their goals and reach their full potential.• Designed and developed multi-functional mechatronic modules for construction robots (self-balancing platform, automatic loading/unloading module).• Publications: https://github.com/ttopeor/Documentations/blob/main/Pubulication%20list.pdf
