I am responsible for realizing ODM products or customer products from the product concept,architecture design,and implementation until final release and production ramp-up.-I am aiming at ensuring the product realization on schedule,with required quality, within target BOM and within project budget-Cooperate with platform managers to get the project-related platform info for the project development-Following the product development process and managing the project schedule and product quality -Set-up project team and ensure communication flow in product team -Responsible for project documentation, and Communication of project status to customer. reporting the progress and status according to the report flow.-Be responsible for contacting Tai Er, EMC, national wireless monitor and examination center, arrange a cellular phone whole change to adjust to try.In addition, my work also includes coordinate the company processes, standards, standardization with partners , and assist CTA network censorship machine debugging.I participated in the development of relevant systems and standards ,such as: quality manual, production WI files, BOM encoding standard, CTA network standard, machine testing standards.

I was responsible for new products import from the project in R & D to track the entire process of production work, to ensure the successful operation of new projects . During the company I complete the test platform set up, configure the test parameters, test procedures and commissioning work, and project-related communication between hardware and software engineers to develop product standards and testing steps, such as the production process. I was also responsible for the coordination of various resources, the completion of the project to track progress and confirmation when In the R & D process. My main task is the following four areas:1. Responsible for R & D project approval stage, involved in the project for manufacturing assessment, recommendations from the production point of view, early warning risk; 2. The assessment and verification of products from the drawing stage to the physical stage of pilot production , to confirm whether the development products specifications; 3. Organize the work of trial production, organization and coordination of personnel to analyze and solve problems pilot, pilot feedback and summary reports, and track the relevant personnel to promote the improvement;4. Responsible for mobile phone production testing, testing station set up etc.

Cell phone customer service personnel management, customer pays a return visit and check the bad phone;4. After-sale's maintenance center personnel training, management and assessment;5. The new-sales' product training work to after-sale's site engineers and managers ; 6. Responsible for signing the contract and pit annual audit work with the maintenance site.
