Managed Services Engineer
Current- Provide support to EpiServer’s hosted and cloud customers on Microsoft Azure and other platforms via incident tickets in a fast-paced environment. Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to details.
- Response promptly to incident tickets and work through to successful solutions in a timely manner.
- Strong written and verbal communicational skills. Communicate with customers via tickets and calls. Focus on customer’s satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Episerver CMS and Commerce database.
- Effectively prioritize and manage individual ticket queues.
