*Developed and migrated to new BA Alert( A Monitoring and Alerting System During Brand Ads Delivery) using Django, Redis and SQLAlchemy, greatly improved efficiency, code redundancy, stability. *De-coupled and refactored the BA Alert system into pluggable components(RPCs, validators, utility classes) to realize future independent optimization and maintenance of different products of brand ads. *Proposed and built from scratch a pre-attribution tool.*Designed and implemented unit test in pytest, covering 40% of the code to maximum off-line test and avoid unnecessary repeated online alerts.*Collaborated with the team using Meego Agile tool and Git to organize modifications and control versions.

*Established a dashboard for major appliance used daily by 150+ colleagues to monitor the industry’s supply and demand and wrote a 9-page report on the insights of the dashboard*Suggested in the report showing more refrigerators between ¥1,000-¥1,500 according to the distribution of purchased price and price showed on search-page, which would be released on the next version of Taobao.*Deep dived into feedback data collected from over 100,000 surveys to improve customer satisfaction rate: use TGI and self-developed matrix to target the most problematic group. *Proposed to tag customers and products’ age and style according to purchasing, clicking and searching history along with basic profile and adjust parameters in the ranking of recommendation system, which led to a 85% decrease on #customer complaint through AB tests.*Initiated a new search interface version of Taobao for major appliance along with software engineers and UI, which decreases the decision time of consumers by 17% and increases the CTR by 1.4%
