- Daily admin task such as courier delivery/receive, answer the call, settle staff PC problem etc and submission of office monthly expenses billing / claim in system.- Coordinate and facilitate human resources processes, such as employee enrollment, work-desk setup and induction etc. Assist in personnel interview invitation and document compilation. - Create and maintain entries in internal filing system to ensure smooth paper and digitalised documents flow. Follow up closely on the status of agreements, invoices and etc. - Plan, schedule and organize annual company events such as birthday party, team building and other festival lunch/dinner.- Handle and manage inventory and ordering of office supplies pantry items and other incidentals for office operations. - Deal with Recruit Agency for contractors monthly time-sheet submission for payroll processing.

Event Management for universities / colleges convocation / graduations, hotel / venue booking for function, venue set up arrangement, preparing proposal, event planning, client/ office support, customer service, assisting Senior PA on daily task.
