Yuen is a courageous and compassionate leader, influencing change. She is the first Clinical Pharmacist Joint Clinical Director in Lincolnshire. She created support network for pharmacists and technicians across Lincolnshire, is an expert speaker for CPPE and on advisory panel for the Lincoln University MPharm programme. Yuen is currently the Clinical Lead for Primary Care Education and Networking session and leads monthly education sessions for Clinical Pharmacists across the ICB. Yuen is strongly involved in the clinical reference groups, pharmacy faculty and primary care workforce planning. Her DEI work cross sectors where she leads the BAME and Allies forum in Lincolnshire, working collaboratively with ICB Belonging Leads, People Board and Chief Execs. Her focus is on building resilient team by creating psychological safety, sense of belonging and accountability within the team whilst working collaboratively within the PCN and with all external stakeholders, ensuring diversity and inclusion.
