Mosaic's LINC program runs Conversation Circles for newcomers to practice English speaking and build confidence▪Facilitated and led online conversations with groups of 4 to 6 newcomers

The English for Kids program offers children traveling abroad an opportunity to experience Canadian culture while improving their English skills▪Co-taught English to a total of 29 children from 7 different cultures with diverse English proficiencies, using the Universal Design for Learning model and de-escalated conflicts▪Coached and counselled ESL beginners to develop English skills by identifying their learning styles and multiple intelligences

Vancouver School of Theology is a private graduate school that is affiliated with the University of British Columbia▪Coordinated with UBC to streamline services for 150+ students, including affiliate Campus-Wide Login issues, library access, affiliate UBC cards, U-Pass, and AMS/GSS Health and Dental services▪Evaluated, developed, and regulated student services including UBC student fee assessment, enrollment procedures, and affiliated student resources by working with the Dean and UBC.
