Yugandhara Lad is the current crowned Mrs. India International 2015, where she represents India for her cause of working towards the upliftment of Indian farmers and providing technical solutions for their problems. Amongst the 200 applications received from all around the world, 10 most competitive applications were creamed out. Yugandhara competed against 10 finalist over two days that involved a rigorous interview process with a 5 judges panel. Excelling in her interviews over the two days event, she was crowned as Mrs. India International 2015 on April 25th, 2015. After crowning, she represented India in Nepal to participate in Disaster Management and Earthquake Relief program for the Nepal Earthquake 2015.

"Save Indian Farmers"​ is an NGO registered in USA which is currently working on a water conservation project in regions highly affected by farmer suicides in India. Yugandhara represented India as Mrs. India International 2015 and took up "Save Indian Farmers"​ as her global platform, where she competed with 65 other countries. Ms. Lad is also an ardent short film maker and made a short documentary called "Tears of Rain" featuring the current conditions of farmers in India, and won her award for best contribution towards this cause.
